It's a bit sad magazines that say everything and its opposite. Indeed, in the latest Public Look (I'm a fan incidentally) we learn that peacock feathers are OUT as evidenced by this photo on page 25.
And miracle of stupidity on page 34 we are taught to make our own headband in (drum roll) ... peacock feathers
